Directions: Preheat the oven to 375°C. Line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Evenly spread your choice of nuts, dried cranberries, or M&M’s across the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle 100 g of dry mix evenly over the prepared layer. Bake for 10 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow to cool until fully hardened. Once set, break into pieces before serving.
Ingredients: Sugar, glucose syrup, vegetable fat (palm), baking honey, emulsifier SOYA lecithins (E322), cream, natural flavouring.
