Traditionally used in the Japanese Tea ceremony, this top quality green tea powder is hand-made from the youngest Gyokuro leaves. Our Matcha is carefully steamed, dried and then stone ground to the precious Matcha. Our Matcha is extremely rich in vitamins (A, B-complex, C, E and K) and is a natural source of dietary fiber.
Place 0.5 tsp of Matcha powder in a bowl, add 100ml of hot water (80 °C / 160 °F) and whisk for 30 seconds using a Matcha whisk.
