Instructions: For best results, soak chickpeas overnight then boil for approximately an hour (or until tender). Chickpeas are mildly nutty in flavor and tender in texture once cooked. Cooked chickpeas can be added to a variety of savory dishes, such as soups, salads, stews, hummus, and more.

Ingredients: Organic chick peas. It is a raw agriculture product. Although it has been mechanically cleaned before packaging, some foreign material may be present. Sort and wash before using.
